The health centers in Filipstad and Storfors have approximately 13,000 registered patients.

Here, doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, psychosocial resources, medical administrators, foot therapists, and dietitians work together.

The health centers in Filipstad and Storfors are both stable and well-functioning workplaces where we encourage further education and personal development. The placement is primarily in Filipstad but may also be in Storfors if necessary.

Your Responsibilities

Your work is independent but also involves collaboration with other professionals at the health center. The target group is patients aged 18 and older. You will conduct assessments and treatment of mental health issues and refer to other levels of care as needed.

As a curator, you will primarily work with psychotherapeutic treatments for mild to moderate mental health issues. To some extent, you will also work with crisis management and advisory conversations. You will have the opportunity to work via internet-based treatment programs and have the option for digital treatment contacts via Visiba Care.

Your Skills and Competencies

We are looking for someone with training as a health and medical care curator, social worker, or behavioral scientist, as well as step 1 training in CBT. Experience in treatment work within primary care is an advantage. To succeed in this role, we see that you have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. You are flexible and adaptable while being stable and secure in your working methods.
